Starting from version 2.5.5, Maspik introduces an AI-based spam check feature.
This feature is currently available as Beta (also for free users).
From Q1 2026, it will become available exclusively for Pro users.
How it works
- Every submitted form is analyzed by an AI model.
- The model assigns a spam score from 0 to 100.
- Lower scores indicate higher suspicion of spam.
- Based on the threshold you configure, Maspik will decide whether to block the submission or let it pass.
Where to find it
You can enable the AI check from the main Maspik settings page:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and open the accordion section named “AI Spam Check”.
Business Info (Optional)
You can provide additional context about your website or business.
This helps the AI understand what messages are relevant for you and what should be considered spam.
Examples of useful business info:
- “SEO company expecting mostly Chinese clients.”
- “Be strict with Russian names.”
- “Local flower shop, focus on English and Hebrew inquiries only.”
The more specific the context, the better the AI can adapt.
Recommended Thresholds
Choosing the right threshold is important.
We recommend starting at 50 and adjusting after a few tests.

| 15 | Very sensitive | Use only if you want aggressive filtering (risk of blocking real leads). |
| 20 | Sensitive | Blocks more spam, but may catch a few valid leads. |
| 45 | Balanced | Good starting point for most websites. |
| 60 | Lenient | Will not block much spam, may let some through. |
Tips for optimization
- Start with 50.
- If too much spam passes → lower the threshold (e.g. 30).
- If valid leads are blocked → raise the threshold (e.g. 60).
- Use business_info to guide the AI with your own rules.
