How MASPIK Matrix Works
When enabled, form submissions are securely transmitted to MASPIK Matrix for automated spam analysis. The service evaluates submitted data in real time and returns a spam classification result to the website.
All communication is encrypted and transmitted securely over HTTPS.
Data Processing
MASPIK Matrix processes submitted form data solely for spam detection and abuse prevention purposes.
Submitted form content is processed transiently in real time and is not permanently stored when classified as legitimate (non-spam) activity.
Spam-Related Data Retention
In cases where a submission is identified as spam, limited technical indicators related to confirmed spam activity may be temporarily stored for security, anti-abuse, and reputation-based protection purposes.
This may include:
- IP addresses associated with confirmed spam submissions
- Spam reputation signals
- Technical abuse indicators
MASPIK Matrix does not permanently store legitimate contact form submissions, messages, or customer communications.
Spam-related technical indicators may be temporarily retained for up to 90 days.
Infrastructure & Hosting
MASPIK Matrix operates on the global edge infrastructure of Cloudflare using Cloudflare Workers and related services.
Data may be processed through Cloudflare’s distributed global network infrastructure to provide fast and secure spam detection.

Data Minimization
MASPIK Matrix is designed to minimize the amount of processed and retained data wherever possible.
