Our recommended settings for each field type

It is a pretty individual setting, depending on the spam you receive, but in general, We see those settings are pretty much covering most of the spam.
In this post, we give the Recommended block list words for each form field
- Text field: usually used for name or subject
- Email field: Email address.
- Tel field: usually used for a phone number.
- Textarea field: Usually message or long text
- Recommended BlockList for Text field
- Recommended BlockList for Email field
I adding *.ru because in my business i not having real costumers from rusia, if you do, so of cores, don’t add it

- Languages required
A great way to block spam!
We recommend adding a language here if you know that your target audience will write to you in that language.
For example, if your website is a small shop in the USA, you might expect to receive inquiries only in English?
So add English under Languages Required.
If there is not even one word in English in the text area, it will be considered spam.
- Languages forbidden
Another great way to block spam!
We recommend adding a language here if you know that your target audience will never write to you in that language.
For example, if your website is a small shop in the USA, you would not expect to receive inquiries only in Russian?
So add Russian under Forbidden Languages.
If there is one word in Russian in the text area, it will be considered spam.
- Recommended for countries options
This is very similar to the Language field.
But here we have to choose whether to block OR allow.
We can’t do both.
For example
If you know that your customers are only from the USA, it will be great to allow only the USA, and all other countries will be blocked!
OR
If you have customers from many countries but not from China, then only block China.
For advanced users:
- Recommended phone format List for the phone field
In this field, it is better to use it only if you understand
what regex and wildcard patterns are.
We can add phone formats that will be allowed in the Phone field.
For example, if your business is in an area or country where you know that people use
9 or 10 digit phone numbers
